Your appointment or access to a service is confirmed upon receipt of the payment or deposit, according to the agreed terms.


2. Appointments & Cancellations

Any cancellation or change must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of a no-show or late cancellation, fees may apply or the deposit may be retained.
Lyva reserves the right to refuse or reschedule an appointment in the event of repeated non-compliance with this policy.


3. Use of Services

Treatments and recommendations are personalized based on your profile and health condition.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during your evaluation or consultation.


4. Expected Results

No specific results are guaranteed.
Results may vary from one person to another depending on multiple factors (skin type, lifestyle, post-treatment care, consistency, etc.).


5. Modification or Suspension of Services

Lyva reserves the right to modify, replace, or temporarily suspend any service or product in order to improve the quality of care provided.


6. Non-Compliance with Policies

In the event of non-compliance with these terms, Lyva reserves the right to suspend or refuse any future service, without refund.
